Enjoyable Paws – Advanced Obedience December 3

In this level of training, we will continuing to master advanced obedience and will take you and your dog to the next level with advanced tricks. We will also be focusing on Nosework with your dog: the many pawsitive benefits that nosework has for your pup (e.g. decreased anxiety, improved patience, impulse control and more!), how to search, problem solve and retrieve items for you. For part of nosework training, we will ask class participants to bring an item to class with them that they would like for their dog to retrieve. Additionally, we will discuss dog park etiquette and enrichment in games to ensure that your dog is being mentally stimulated at home.

Weather permitting, we will conduct some of our class time outdoors.

Note: Your dog must have taken Basic Obedience Class previously to attend.   If your dog took a basic obedience class with another trainer they are welcome to join our advanced class as long as they can perform the basic cues. If you are unsure, please contact us with the cues that your dog already knows and your goals and we will help you pick out a class.
